H\u00fdsi provides services and advice to customers who are planning to build houses and helps each individual find appropriate building solutions that are suitable for each situation. <\/span><\/p>\n Salespeople provide assistance in finding solutions for customers, such as regarding structural systems, cladding, partitioning solutions, fire protection, escape routes and other matters. <\/span>H\u00fdsi basically provides three types of services to its customers:<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.18.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n 1. Sale of building materials for several types of buildings. \u201cEverything from the ground up to a finished house\u201d <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n <\/b>2. Construction advice when choosing building solutions from H\u00fdsi<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 3. Rough cost estimate<\/b> . <\/span>When the client only has a rough idea of \u200b\u200bthe size and type of building, H\u00fdsi can only give the client a very rough estimate of the expected cost of the building, but without any obligations. In all cases, information about location, size, intended use, building permits, foundations, etc. must be available at this stage. <\/span><\/p>\n 2. Cost estimate. <\/b>Once a more detailed proposal and rough drawings of the building in question are available, the structural structure is determined, the type of cladding, and the number of windows and doors, H\u00fdsi can submit a cost estimate for the building, but also without any obligations. <\/span>When a client is ready to proceed with the project and there is confirmation of project financing, the process moves to the stage where a formal bid for the building can be submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. Binding offer.<\/b> <\/span>To calculate a formal binding offer, drawings of the building must be available and the client\/designer must be able to answer various technical questions about the building, such as the size and number of windows and doors, their designs, insulation, which drawings should be included, financing and other things that are important in the process. Offers for work are only made if drawings of the building are available or the buyer has committed in a specific way to paying for the costs of drawings and other preparatory work.
