ARCH BUILDINGS – PORTABLE OR PERMANENT

Travelling across our magnificent country, you will find arch buildings of all sizes and types in every part of Iceland — Hýsi has been selling these in partnership with our Danish partner Future Rundbuehaller ApS since the company first began operations.

Arch buildings serve a wide range of purposes, from simple horse shelters to impressive visitor facilities. Given how straightforward and fast the installation process is, it is hard to find a more cost-effective or quickly delivered solution for any kind of space or shelter need.

Permanent arch buildings are custom-designed structures that require architectural and structural drawings and must be submitted to the relevant planning authorities for approval. Portable arch buildings up to 40 m² are generally simple shelters, not built on foundations, and currently fall outside building regulations.
