VSR is a very powerful engineering firm that handles all load-bearing design and engineering calculations for Hýsi, whether it is a case of glued laminated timber buildings, steel frame houses or permanent arch houses. The collaboration between Hýsi and VSR has been very successful for years.

Jón Davíð has worked with Hýsir for a long time. He has successfully designed steel frame and glulam buildings for the company at the request of its clients.

Glóra is a powerful design and construction engineering firm in Reykjanesbær. Hýsi has had a good collaboration with Glóra in recent years on the design of portable buildings made of Trimo building units, especially in projects for Reykjanesbær. Gunnar Smári Magnússon, owner of Project Management, is in charge of the construction management on projects where Hýsi undertakes the construction of sold buildings. Gunnar Smári is a construction engineer and master builder with full construction management qualifications.
