There are three different stages in Hýsi’s interactions with customers. In order to be able to bid on a specific project, numerous conditions must be met:
1. Rough cost estimate . When the client only has a rough idea of the size and type of building, Hýsi can only give the client a very rough estimate of the expected cost of the building, but without any obligations. In all cases, information about location, size, intended use, building permits, foundations, etc. must be available at this stage.
2. Cost estimate. Once a more detailed proposal and rough drawings of the building in question are available, the structural structure is determined, the type of cladding, and the number of windows and doors, Hýsi can submit a cost estimate for the building, but also without any obligations. When a client is ready to proceed with the project and there is confirmation of project financing, the process moves to the stage where a formal bid for the building can be submitted.
3. Binding offer. To calculate a formal binding offer, drawings of the building must be available and the client/designer must be able to answer various technical questions about the building, such as the size and number of windows and doors, their designs, insulation, which drawings should be included, financing and other things that are important in the process. Offers for work are only made if drawings of the building are available or the buyer has committed in a specific way to paying for the costs of drawings and other preparatory work. Up to 3 weeks can be expected for processing binding offers.
Hýsi makes an offer for:
- All structural materials according to design data and customer quantity take-off,
- All cladding materials for exterior walls, roofs, partition walls and floors, windows, interior, exterior, fire protection and industrial doors according to existing confirmed drawings.
- Building installation and construction management, i.e. erecting the structural frame, cladding, windows and doors.
