CONTAINER BUILDINGS – STANDARD UNITS
Hýsi makes special offers for standard container buildings, whether it is a work camp, a leisure centre, a toilet solution or individual containers. Special offers are made for each project separately and it is possible to have the building delivered either assembled or unassembled. Hýsi offers assembly upon request. Container buildings in this way are mostly standardized, so the scope for meeting the special wishes of buyers is very limited.
CONTAINER BUILDINGS FROM HOME
Container buildings are particularly suitable for solving short-term housing needs where the same requirements for external appearance and comfort are not made as in permanent buildings.
For years, Hýsi has collaborated with Trimo MSS from Slovenia to provide temporary housing solutions in this way to contractors, municipalities, the tourism industry, companies and individuals.

Hýsi offers complete solutions for work camps with staff rooms, WC facilities, showers, lounges and kitchen facilities. No work camp is too big or too complex and Trimo’s container buildings have long proven themselves in Iceland under demanding conditions.
RELAXATION HOUSE
Hýsi offers standard holiday homes for those who want a simple, affordable and quickly built permanent holiday home. The buyer can choose whether he wants the property to be clad with exterior cladding or not.
STANDARD CONTAINER SOLUTIONS
Below are some examples of the standard container solutions available. There are various options for connecting these different container solutions into a larger, integrated housing. Electrical and other wiring is included in those cases where this is the case. Insulation in the standard units is 100 mm thick in the roof and floor and 60 mm in the walls. Other thicknesses with higher insulation values are available upon request.
