CONTAINER BUILDINGS – STANDARD UNITS
Hýsi provides custom quotes for standard container buildings, whether for worker accommodation, leisure cabins, restroom solutions or individual containers. Each project is quoted separately and the building can be delivered either assembled or unassembled. Assembly is available on request. Container buildings of this type are largely standardized, meaning the scope for meeting specific buyer requirements is very limited.
CONTAINER BUILDINGS FROM HÝSI
Container buildings are particularly well suited for solving short-term accommodation needs where the same requirements for exterior appearance and comfort do not apply as in permanent structures.
Hýsi has for many years collaborated with Trimo MSS from Slovenia to provide temporary accommodation solutions to contractors, municipalities, the tourism industry, businesses and individuals.

WORKER ACCOMMODATION
Hýsi offers complete worker accommodation solutions with staff rooms, WC facilities, showers, lounges and kitchen facilities. No accommodation project is too large or too complex — Trimo container buildings have long proven themselves in Iceland under demanding conditions.
LEISURE CABINS
Hýsi offers standard leisure cabins for those who want a simple, cost-effective and quickly built permanent holiday home. The buyer can choose whether the building is clad with exterior cladding or not.
STANDARD CONTAINER SOLUTIONS
Below are some examples of the standard container solutions available. There are various options for connecting these different container solutions into a larger integrated structure. Electrical and other services are included where applicable. Insulation in the standard units is 100 mm thick in the roof and floor and 60 mm in the walls. Other thicknesses with higher insulation values are available upon request.
